The presented DELCIA fondant pearl mould is a silicone, flexible product of excellent quality. The model that we offer here allows you to prepare a long line of evenly sized fondant beads in four different sizes – from tiny drops to larger bubbles. Since this mould is flexible, removing of the ready product is easy, no matter the material it has been manufactured of – sugar paste, marzipan or chocolate. You only need to put the filled form into the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes, take it out and gently bend in order to easily and safely remove the pearls. The product that we proudly present here is perfectly suited for preparation and decoration of tortes and cakes at home. You can also use it for more elaborate confectionery pieces. This mould is easy to clean, as it is completely dishwasher safe.
