The mashing bag offered in our store has been manufactured of durable and strong fabric that had been permitted for food contact. The model presented here fits the 10-litre spindle fruit presses. It is perfectly suited for filtrating must after the initial fermentation. It allows you to effectively separate the juice from the pomace and since it is totally neutral, it does not influence the taste, nor the aroma of wine in any way.
